Difference between CASA & GAL

Many times we are asked "What is a CASA worker?" OR "What is a GAL?"

Remember KNOWLEDGE is POWER. The more one knows and the sooner one acts, the better they will have Defending Themselves against the Government Agencies, who want to Stop Abuse and Neglect.


"Court appointed special advocates (CASAs) and guardians ad litem (GALs) are appointed by judges to represent children's best interests in child abuse and neglect cases. 
  • CASAs are trained volunteers; 
  • GALs may be attorneys or trained volunteers. "

Professionally created by an NBC production crew, it is a six minute documentary and action plan which may give you profound hope and a measure of justice which these courts denied you and your family.
