The Gundersen National Child Protection Training
Center (NCPTC) aids professionals around the world by offering
affordable and contemporary training topics. Gundersen NCPTC provides
state-of-the art facilities and expert instruction for students and
professionals on how to better recognize, react, and respond to children
who are being abused
Currently, Gundersen NCPTC has two training locations: Winona State University in Winona, Minn., and NorthWest Arkansas Community College in Bentonville, Ark. The facility at Winona State University includes five mock court rooms, four forensic interview training rooms, and a "mock house" to conduct simulated child abuse investigations. Please let us know if you have questions regarding registration (first come, first serve basis) or applications.
