Law school led me to believe judges were a higher life-form that only did right and followed law. Some judges I dealt with these past 25 years were good. A few were arrogant, hard-headed egos who didn't like to be "talked back" to and acted as if the courtroom belonged to them, instead of to the People and the courageous young men and women who gave their all so we could demand justice from such tyrants and get it! The following is a partial list of things YOU must insist upon (whether you have a lawyer or not) if you want to control the judge, make your winning appellate record, and influence the judge to rule in your favor. These are listed in no particular order. Liberty, Justice & The Rule of Law

One could always hope? But we Must be that "One Small Voice" to make a difference. No one else can do this for you. "If you don't know your Rights, you have NONE."

I have a T-shirt that says "Freedom is not Free!"

The once-famous patriot Patrick Henry said, "Give me Liberty or give me death!"

• Liberty is what we seek.
• Liberty to own a home.
• Liberty to run a business.
• Liberty to enjoy life.
• Liberty to walk the streets unharmed by hoodlums and assassins.
• Liberty to enjoy our God-given rights!

But, the crack in that Bell is both real and figurative.

The physical crack is real. We've seen the Bell and its physical crack. The Bell hangs in a Philadelphia museum. From the window near the Bell you can see Independence Hall across the lawn where a Declaration of Independence was signed, proclaiming a promise as yet not quite filled.

The promise was "Justice for ALL".

The figurative crack in the bell, you see, is our failure to learn how to secure Liberty here at home without physical violence here or anywhere else in the world.

We the People have thus far abdicated our Power and our Responsibility to secure for ourselves and our posterity the blessings of Liberty and the protections of Justice too many already have died for ... far too many!

So!

What is the point of all this?

The point is simply that Liberty without Justice is an empty dream.

Liberty without Justice is impossible.

All the warfare imaginable cannot secure Justice, unless there is a plan for Justice and a People willing to learn how Justice works, how it is obtained, how it is made available to "ALL"!

We don't have that now - but we CAN ! ! !

Every day - and I do mean "every day" - we receive emails from people anxious to tell us, "The sky is falling! There is no justice anymore. The courts are all corrupt!"

And, in many cases, that's true because the People have abdicated their responsibility to "ride herd" on my profession by learning the game!

Think about my words, please!

Think!

All those wonderful, brave, dedicated boys and girls putting their lives in danger and dying for the cause of Liberty ... while We the People allow Justice to be stolen from us by a profession that has made it a business!

Justice is not a business!

Justice is and should be treated as a holy enterprise where truth alone is sought and the Rule of Law is secured for each and every last one of us through the enforcement of due process rules that are blind to money, blind to power, blind to political influence, and refuse to tolerate corruption of any kind!

• Let THIS be the generation that secures Justice!
• Let THIS be the generation that takes responsibility for our past failures and refusal to learn the rules of Justice.
• Let THIS be the generation that teaches its children how to use the tools and processes that gain Justice!
• Let THIS be the generation that demands that Justice and its rules be taught in our tax-supported schools!
• Let THIS be the generation future leaders will look back to and praise for the price of diligence WE paid to secure for them that form of Justice known as American Justice that treats every person equally with honor and respect!
• Let THIS be the generation that honors those who gave their all for Liberty as WE make the effort to learn Justice and its rules so that Liberty can truly belong to everyone!

Liberty and Justice for ALL?

Yes!

By the Grace of Almighty God and our commitment to use our ink to honor those who pay the price with blood.

Being angry won't help you or anyone else!

The only thing that will help is learning and teaching others how to use the rules of due process that make Justice possible, rules that control the courts, rules that stop corruption, rules that require judges to grant justice, rules that were paid for by far too much innocent blood already.

Beware of Legal Mythology!

So here is the email Newsletter:

Many today are angry at our justice system, and many of them have good cause to be angry!
But, some are too angry!
Their anger will hurt you!
They are out of control!
They teach falsehoods!
They're that angry!
That's how you know them.
They are not your friend!
Their "legal theories" fail.
They are blinded by rage.
Believe them at your peril.

Angry people can rarely be trusted, and that is never more true than when they try to get you to join them in their angry legal theories that run contrary to the rules that control our courts.

1. For example, a nice fellow called me the other day and ended up screaming at me because I refused to go along with his idea that our birth certificates are some kind of "contract". In the first place, the most fundamental truth about contracts is that no "contract" can bind a party who doesn't understand the agreement. Even if we were able to understand the alleged binding nature of our birth certificate at the moment of our birth, we didn't sign the thing! Some doctor did, probably. We cannot be bound by a contract we don't understand, and certainly not one we didn't enter into. Yet, this nice man screamed at me for refusing to help him storm the hated walls of justice for him and take up his cause to fight the dragons!
2.  Another strange legal myth that's come around in the last few months is that one can "copyright" his or her own name and thereby prevent the courts from using their name on any court papers. Duh! Anger does twist the mind in strange ways! But, to think one can prevent others from using his or her name by "copyrighting" the name is utter nonsense.
   
   I want you to win.
   You cannot win relying on nonsense!
   
3. A few are absolutely convinced that our courts are "sitting in admiralty" and therefore cannot rule in common law or statute. But, the fact is that pretty much any court can rule in admiralty cases, if the issue before them is one that involves navigation or the rights of seagoing workers or dockside stevedores. Contract disputes, negligence cases, foreclosure, and other matters are absolutely not admiralty cases, and the courts that hear such cases are not "sitting in admiralty" ... no matter whether there's a yellow fringe on the flag in the corner or not.
4. More than a few seem to have made a "religion" out of believing such things. Many claim to be "patriots", yet do all they can to evade the Rule of Law and refuse to do much of anything toward learning the principles of due process so many gave their lives to protect in past and present wars! 

This group of people get together to talk about how horrible things are but spend very little effort learning how to make things better by learning the rules!
I know people are hurting.

But!

• If you choose to believe the lies, God help you!
• Lies are what we're fighting to overcome.
• Overcoming lies is what the rules are all about!

Please don't get me wrong. I want to help those who are angry, as well as those who are being destroyed by crooked bankers, corrupt judges, lying lawyers, and the hosts of darkness that never seem to give up in their quest to destroy all that's good and wholesome in this world we live in.
But!

YOU ... that's right ... YOU cannot afford to believe the lies if you want to get justice in our courts!

Your birth certificate is not a contract.

You are who you are, no matter whether your name is spelled in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS or all small letters or written out in script with a ball-point pen!

And, as far as our courts go, nobody (and I do mean nobody) knows better than I do about the corruption of some judges or the stealth and trickery that lawyers use to twist the truth to their own advantage.

• But, being angry won't help.

The only thing that will help is learning how to use the rules that control the courts, rules that stop corruption, rules that require judges to grant justice, rules that were paid for by far too much innocent blood already.

#1 - THE LAW OF THE CASE

The law of the case is usually very simple!

No matter what kind of case yours is, if you'll trust me for just a moment (and check me on this) you'll find that every lawsuit turns on what we lawyers call "the law of the case". Every last one of them. Every single one!

In case you didn't know, I've been an attorney for 25 years. (Please don't hold that against me.) The last 13 years have been dedicated to help people just like you to pierce the mystery my profession has woven to hide the simple truths and tactics I teach in my affordable, official step-by-step course - to reveal the amazing simplicity my profession doesn't want you to know - just what you need to know to win in court ... with or without a lawyer!)

It IS simple ... as many thousands have learned!

For example, every foreclosure case turns (win or lose) on a very few legal principles that control the outcome of foreclosure - the rights of the lender versus the rights of the borrower. We attorneys call these principles "the law of the case" of foreclosure. It doesn't matter how big the bank or lender is. It doesn't matter how little the borrower is. The law of the case is the law of the case PERIOD!

The law of the case controls the outcome for those who know how to use the rules of court (evidence and procedure) to prove what the law requires.

Automobile negligence, contract disputes, malpractice, slander, false imprisonment ... whatever a case is about, you'll find "the law of the case" is simple and usually easy to find. My course even shows you how to find it!

Think about it this way: One need not know all the laws to win a simple contract dispute. The law of the case in a contract dispute is usually no more than a few appellate court opinions and perhaps a statute or two at most. If you find and can cite the official authorities that state the law of the case of contracts, you're halfway home!

The rest of the business of winning is simply using the rules to (1) allege what the law of the case requires, and to (2) prove what you've alleged ... whether you're the plaintiff bringing the case or the defendant trying to get out of the line of fire!

#2 - THE RULES OF EVIDENCE AND PROCEDURE

Now let's assume you've found the law of the case that fits the facts of your lawsuit - plaintiff or defendant. You have the official citations and made copies of those so the judge doesn't have to look them up. You've printed out the citations that command a victory for you IF you allege and prove what the law of the case requires.

This is where the rules of evidence and procedure come into play ... and these are incredibly easy to learn!

Let's say a plaintiff is coming after you to foreclose on your home. The first thing you do is find the law of the case that will control the outcome in your state. You now know what must be alleged by the plaintiff and proven by the plaintiff in order for the plaintiff to win. You also now know what you must allege in affirmative defenses and what you need to do with discovery and motions to prove the plaintiff cannot meet the burden of the law.

This stuff really is easy once you see the parts and how they all fit together!

You have tremendous power on your side ... once you know how the game is played to win!

In the 13 years since we started Jurisdictionary I've found the most debilitating factor that infects good people with hopelessness is fear that derives solely from lack of knowlege how the game of litigation is played to win! Not knowing creates fear. Knowledge displaces fear with the confidence you need to overcome your opponent!

Take any apparently complicated thing apart to examine its component parts and you can quickly see how they all fit together. When you first begin, it seems impossible.

But!

If someone shows you how each separate part works with each of the other parts, even the most complicated things are suddenly easy-to-understand. The mystery my profession has woven disappears!

1. All lawsuits turn on the law of the case.
2. All lawsuits are won (or lost) by clever (or clumsy) use of the rules of court to prove the law and facts.

That's all there is to lawsuits - every one of them!

Every one of you has great legal power!

Sadly, many good people never discover the power that is theirs ... so people who know how to use the rules of court and the law of the case take advantage of them!

Jurisdictionary wants to turn the tables on crooked lawyers and biased judges and protect the "little guys and gals" that are being taken advantage of simply because no one has ever come out with a course like this. No one has ever cared enough to tell you the truth. No one has ever made it this easy-to-understand!

It is easy-to-understand how to win in court once you see things the way I teach them!

Once you find the law of the case (usually no more than two or three statutes and a half-dozen controlling case opinions from appellate courts) you know what must be alleged in the pleadings and what must be proved using discovery and motions and memoranda!

1. The law of the case tells what must be alleged and proved, i.e., the law and the controlling facts.
2. The rules of court tell us how to allege and prove the law and the controlling facts.

There's nothing more to it than that.

THIS IS HOW WINNERS WIN ... HONEST!

Lawyers may drag out a case (so they can make more money billing for their time), and many insist on going to trial (which costs even more money).

But, if you hold the winning cards (i.e., if the law of the case and the facts favor your cause) you can win before trial!
