So many don't realize that any lower court decision can be taken to the Supreme Court, if they feel their US Constitutional Rights have been violated. Please note, many decisions from the Judges in the Supreme Court may be Rejected. Why?? Primarily since, many times the judges feel the issues and/or concerns should have been handled in the lower courts and/or according to the words in the US Constitution, it was not an issue.
